Hi, I’m Livi Redden.

I'm a twentysomething who struggles with anxiety, finding pants that fit me (I’m 6’0” tall), & I’m always just taking life day by day.

I'm also a TEDx speaker, published author, podcaster, viral digital creator, and business owner – and I’m on a mission to empower the next generation.

I’m a normal person who helps normal people know that they're experiencing normal difficulties but, despite them, can do extraordinary things.

Here’s my story👇

When I was 17, I sat hand in hand with my Dad as he passed after a six-year battle with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).

ALS is a progressive, neurodegenerative disease that slowly robs a person of their ability to walk, speak, eat, and eventually breathe. This disease is a death sentence as there is no treatment or cure.

For years prior to his death, I watched my Dad
slowly waste away in front of me…

He went from 6’4” and 250lbs to a 180lb quadriplegic on a trach and ventilator. From athletic & career-driven to bedridden & questioning everything about life he thought to be important.

We all pitched in as much as we could. Starting as a pre-teen, I was suctioning his trach, giving him shots, rubbing his hands with oils, guiding PT exercises, and administering meals through his feeding tube.

My Mom was thrust into the role of 24-hour caregiver, and the burden crippled her emotionally and physically. My older sister never wanted to be home – who could blame her? Our house was in a chronic state of anxiety.

Watching him pass was a lesson in both mortality and fragility – a reminder that living a life I hated was pointless, as time is never promised.

So, I asked myself: How do I build a life I love?

A life where, if I died at any moment, I'd feel at peace with who I was and what I did.

After years of contemplating and searching, I finally found an answer to this question – alignment. Living in alignment means your daily actions and thoughts are deeply connected with, and guided by, your truest core values and priorities.

Since that realization, my mission and purpose has become clear: to help teens and 20-somethings do the same; to move them from confusion and overwhelm to empowerment and love.

Today, I’ve helped millions of young adults do exactly that – but there’s a lot of work left to be done.

To put it simply, young people are not receiving the tools, curriculum, and support they need to succeed. These mental and emotional tools are what you might know as "soft skills"; yet, they are the building blocks to internal peace and external harmony – and it’s the teens and 20-somethings who need them the most.

After all, many of your biggest decisions – the ones that determine the fulfillment, success, and trajectory of your life – are often made in this age bracket. Things like: college, career, marriage, housing, money, children, and so on.

I specialize in providing teens and 20-somethings with these tools and helping them feel seen in their journey to alignment…

  • I wrote a book to answer their questions based on my own experiences and research.

  • I started a podcast to educate them, giving them guidance from world-class experts in these essential topics.

  • I built an online platform that reaches millions of people each month.

  • I launched a business to provide transformation for twentysomethings who want a like-minded community that values growth. This online community also provides empowerment tools so your 20s can feel less confusing, overwhelming, or lonely.

Backed by science, my work provides life-changing, life-saving,
and society-altering results.
